Alien Skin Xenofex 2

1. Set your foreground color to #e65314.

Set your background color to #851102.

Or choose two colors.

Open tube "Arbeitsbild_Universe".

Flood fill your image with your background color.

Copy image "JHanna_113 bground".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Hard light

Set the Opacity of this layer to 47.

2. Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from alpha channel -

 load selection "auswahl #1.

Flood fill the selection with your background color.

Selections - Select none.

Set your foreground to gradient "Foreground-background" - Linear -

Repeats 1 - Angle does not matter, because the more you change, the better it looks, but soon you notice what I mean :-).

3. Activate your Magic wand - Tolerance and Feather 0.

Click in the dark area - flood fill with your gradient.

Selections - Select none.

Click again a dark area.

This again flood fill with you (angle adjustment) gradient.

Selections - Select none.

If you often change the gradient, then it looks like the picture below:

Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask from disk -

load mask "Maske 20 ~ 20" - with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge group.

Repeat this mask 2x - merge group also 2x.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow - foreground color - with these settings:

4. Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from alpha channel -

 load selection "auswahl #2.

Flood fill the selection with your foreground color.

Selections - Select none.

Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - with these settings:

Set the Opacity of this layer to 30.

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

5. Layers - New raster layer.

Effects - Artistic effects - Balls and Bubbles - with these settings:

at Form:

at Surface:

at Exposure:

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip.

Layers - Merge - Merge down.

Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask from disk -

load mask "Maske 20 ~ 20" - same settings - repeat 1x.

Layers - Merge - Merge group - repeat 1x.

6. Copy tube "@nn_300808_photos_halfface_tdstudio".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her on the below left edge  - erase her face!

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light

Copy tube "T2009_angie090".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Place her left against the edge - see image below:

Image - Resize - 95% - All layers not checked.

Erase carefully the Shadow that disturbe you down and on the right.

7. Copy tube "Doodle1".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

(If you want to animate, name this layer Doodle.)

Image - Resize - 20% - All layers not checked.

  Image - Flip.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Overlay.

Layers - Duplicate - Place it as you like.

(Merge the Doodle layers down.)

8. Copy tube "bg".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Burn.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Mirror - Image - Flip.

Type your text, the best you use two different fonts.

Place them as shown below:

9. Copy tube "Rahmen".

Paste as a new layer on your working image.

Set the Blend mode of this layer to Soft light.

Layers - Duplicate - repeat 3x.

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 4 pixels.

Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Add your watermark or name.

If you don't want to make the animation, you're done!

Part 2

Animation

a. Activate your Doodle layer.

Layers - Duplicate - repeat 2x.

Activate the top doodle layer - close the both other layers.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 -

Constellation - with these settings:

Save as picture 1.jpg in a folder of your choice.

Close this layer.

Open and activate the middle doodle layer.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 -

Constellation - click Random Seed 1x.

b. Save as picture 2. jpg.

Close this layer.

Open and activate the bottom doodle layer.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 -

Constellation - click Random Seed 1x.

Save as picture  3. jpg.

Open Animatie shop.

File - Wizard animation.

c. Click Next until you see screen below.

Enter the number 10:

Click Next until you see screen below:

Click Add image - go to the folder where you saved your 3 images.

Click Add Image to all three images are in your screen -

see image below:

d. Click Next - click Finish and your animation appears on your screen.

If you are happy with the results, save your creation and you're done!
