1 - open a transparent layer  800x600 px

selection, select all

2 - copy and paste the landscape picture into selection

selection none

3 - duplicate layer

close copy and go on original at bottom

4 - filter Alien Skin, Snap Art, Oil Paint :

5 - don't change any other setting

6 - edge effects, accentuate

7 - close the layer

go on copy and open it

8 -  art media effects , brush strokes :

9 - layer new layer of mask from picture

sm happygarden

10 - merge group

image mirror

11 - filter undefined  Emboss 3

12 - effects, 3D, drop shadow

13 - go to layer at the bottom of pile

open it,  stay there

14 - copy and paste as new layer tube of the little girl

15 - adjust it where you like

16 - go on top of pile

17 - with eraser, supress blue part  on head of puppy

18 - effects, 3D, drop shadow :

19 - copy and paste my watermark in material

20 - sign your  version

21 -flatten all layers

22 - borders :

1 of 2 pixels white

1 of 30 pixels color 1e4f8a

1 of 2 pixels white

23 - select 30 pixels border with magic wand

24 - filter Graphics Plus, Cross Shadow :

25 - inverse selection

26 - effects, 3D, drop shadow like in point  18

27 - do it again with negative -3  vertical / horizontal

28 - selection none

29 - save as JPg
