1.

Open a Transparent Image 900 x 500 pixels
Flood Fill the Layer with the Dark Color
Layers / New Raster Layer
Selections / Select All

2.
Edit / Copy

Edit / Paste your misted Tube into the Selection

Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur

Layers / Duplicate
Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
Layers / Properties / Opacity 50
Layers / Merge / Merge Down

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling

Effects / Texture Effects / Texturizer

Layers / New Raster Layer
Create a Foreground Linear Style Gradient

Flood Fill the Layer with the Gradient

View / Rulers

With the Selection Tool, push the Layer to the right to 470 pixels

(see example below)

Effects / Distortion Effects / Wave

Press the ‘m’ key to deactivate the Selection Tool
Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow 0 / 0 / 60 / 40 black

Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Custom Selection

Flood Fill the Selection with the Light Color

Selection / Modify / Contract by 5-pixels
Press the Delete Key on the Keyboard

Selections / Invert

Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus Cross Shadow (default)

Selections / Select None
Effects / Distortion Effects Wave

Edit / Copy the Misted Tube / mistmaeLeni2
Edit / Paste as a New Layer
Layers / Arrange / Move Down

Fill the rectangle well with the Misted Image in jpg
double it if necessary (for a misted)

Layers / Merge with the Layer Below (if you double the Misted Tube)

Activate Raster 4 / Top of Stack

With the Magic Wand / Tolerance and Feather 0

Select the Top and Bottom Sides of the Rectangle

Activate Raster 5

Press the Delete Key on the Keyboard
Selections / Select None
Activate the Top Layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Down
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow / 0 / 0 / 60 / 40 black

You are on Top of the Stack / Raster 5

Layers / New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with White

Layers Mew Mask Layer from Image

Layers / Merge / Merge Group
Move the mask near the Top Right

Edit / Copy / character Tube 370MulherPqnaAlice

Edit / Paste as a New Layer

(If you use the included Tube / Image Mirror Horizontal)

Place on the Left Side
Image / Resize 80%
Drop Shadow of your choice
Activate Raster 2

Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus Cross Shadow (default)

Edit / Copy the little butterfly deco Tube
Edit / Paste as New Layer

Layers / Properties / Opacity 70% / or as desired

Layers Merge / Merge Visible

Image / Add Borders 50-pixels / Dark Color

Selections / Invert

Place in the Top Left Corner

Edit / Copy the Text Tube / Image7
Edit / Paste as a New Layer
Place Bottom Right
Layers / New Raster Layer
Add your name/watermark
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Save as jpg
